Meditation Tip
I can’t hear the sound when I meditate while wearing ear plugs and a noise-cancelling headphone. But I’ve come up with a good idea. I’ve realized that I set a timer on my Apple Watch instead of hearing the sound of meditation.
Writing Hack
I’ve noticed that it’s a good idea to turn a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence into a small one when the sentence hasn’t been well-refined yet. Or “I” could be turned into a small letter.

My Motivation to Improve My Listening Skills
I realized once again that my listening skills are poor. When I was talking with Tevin in English, he used an advanced word that I didn’t know. I asked the meaning of that word, and he kindly taught me, but the word has a little bit of a tricky concept, so I had a hard time understanding the meaning.
